Horizontal Sludge Disc Dryer

Product description

A Disc dryer can be heated both by the rotor and the stator, which greatly increases the drying area, improves the thermal efficiency and ensures the material is fully dried.

The dryer is composed of a horizontal stator and a rotor. The stator includes vapor dome, inlet and outlet as well as the scraper bars between the discs and the adjustable paddles are manufactured in stainless steel. The vapor dome has removable covers for easy inspection, cleaning and adjustment of the paddles. The rotor consists of a central pipe on which vertically arranged and parallel discs with double walls have been welded.
